Wezone — Plan Recommender

The Challenge

Wezone wanted a short web flow where members answer a few questions (centre, goals, preferences) and receive a recommended plan — with an optional form to get the result by email.

My Role

I built the frontend: multi-step form (centre selection, questions), result view, contact form and integration with the recommendation API.

How It Works

1. 01

   Member selects their Wezone centre in the first step of the flow.

2. 02

   They answer a short set of questions (goals, preferences) in a multi-step form.

3. 03

   The app calls the recommendation API and displays the suggested plan and a CTA.

4. 04

   Optionally they fill in a contact form to receive the plan by email; the sales team can follow up.
